The apricot Hungarian Best is a high-yielding variety with orange, sweet fruits that are ready for harvesting from August. It is hardy and easy to care for. In the first year it still needs regular watering, but from the second year onwards the root development is sufficient to supply the tree with water. Only in extreme drought does the tree then still need to be watered. This variety reaches a growth height of 3 to 5 metres. Particularly beautiful are its fragrant, pink flowers in spring, which exude a fairytale atmosphere and are very popular with bees and other insects. The tasty fruits are ideal for snacking directly from the tree or for processing into cakes, jam, compote or similar.
