The wire mesh around the foam gives the flowers extra support. The folding wreath stand is made of sturdy wood and is firmly attached to the product base. The device can be easily unfolded and folded again. It is unfolded for placing the wreath and folded for transporting it lying down. The wreaths also feature cut lines, narrow recesses in the foam that interrupt the water column. This minimizes drainage and prevents upper product segments from falling dry. TIP: The wreath should be placed upright for a while after arranging so that the water displaced by the flower stems can drain off
