Its location should be as bright as possible, but not in direct sunlight. The balsam apple prefers it at least 20 degrees warm all year round. Watering is necessary regularly. The Dieffenbachia is native to the Caribbean and tropical South America, especially Brazil. It is an easy-to-care-for houseplant and a must in any tropical park or garden. It is a hardy evergreen perennial plant and bears glossy dark green leaves. Its leaves have white or yellow patterns, depending on the variety. &
